Hi there! I had LASIK 2 years ago and had extremely dry eyes after surgery. I've also recently started Accutane and my eyes are slightly dry, so I can see that these two things together could be a bad situation. However, my eye doctor gave me two really helpful products. I used 'Genteal' during the day (a kind of gel that dissolves in your eye) and some kind of ointment at night (like vaseline for your eyes). These helped a lot. If I were you, I'd speak to your eye doctor. He'll be able to tell by looking if your cornea is too dry and he can give you products. If you're concerned about Accutane, you could always put it off 6 months until your corneas are healed up. Good luck!
